Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Include apartment/suite numbers where applicable
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
  • P.O. Box addresses may not be accepted for all items

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours
  • Once an order is processed, address changes are not possible
  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours
