Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products with removed or damaged security tags
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@opushades.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials
  4. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
  5. Provide tracking information for your protection

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll email you confirmation of receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges:

International Returns

Restocking Fees
