Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products with removed or damaged security tags
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- Provide tracking information for your protection
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll email you confirmation of receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges:

International Returns
